Some of the parts we’ve produced are even floating in space!Due to growth and expansion, we are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam.

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will oversee the fulfilment of high-value manufacturing projects with complex specifications and quality requirements for some of the biggest companies in the world. You will be responsible for managing communication with both manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure that parts are shipped to customers on time and spec. What you'll do


  • Analyse Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements of an order and make a plan of action to ensure successful fulfilment of the customer’s requirements.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team of quality inspectors, logistics, and project managers along with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth progress of the order from start to finish. 
  • Check-in regularly to ensure everything is on track and flag risks to stakeholders if any.
  • In this role, you will face complex operational issues and will need to find quick and innovative solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges will be paramount to success.
  • You will be responsible for improving our supplier on-time rate metric and providing insights to the Supply team on the performance of suppliers in your region.
  • Play a key role in supporting the company's objectives. Having a commercial mindset, understanding customer requirements, and aligning operations to support business goals will be essential to success in this role.

What it takes:


  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be familiar with reading technical drawings including GD&T.
  • Knowledge & experience in CNC machining including 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, turning and EDM. 3D printing & injection knowledge is a big bonus.
  • Knowledge & experience of processes that go into manufacturing of CNC components including subcontractor processes.
  • Sound understanding of Quality assurance & quality control processes for CNC machining. Six Sigma certification is a big bonus 
  • Experience managing technical projects for clients in Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Automotive, or industries where technical compliance requirements are high.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Commercially oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
