The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Director of Delivery includes:
Delivery of Customer Solutions:
- Set and deliver strategic initiatives in assigned geography;
- Support the recruitment process of new talent as required in coordination with the Head of Specialism;
- Ensure successful onboarding and training of all new staff members in coordination with functional resources according to global requirements for the position;
- Be an inspirational leader to the entire delivery staff in region;
- Provide coaching and direction to team members - challenge and support others to raise the bar;
- Provide an escalation point where necessary for staff and customers in the region;
- Offer leadership when working with potential & existing customers;
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism in customer interactions;
- Report on profitability in region with continual improvement mindset;
- Build strong relationships with the global heads of Support, Professional Services, Pre-sales, Sales & Product/Engineering to ensure global consistency;
Performance Measures:
Regional delivery of team performance against key indicators, such as:
- Ability of the team to deliver solutions to clients and build partnerships;
- Implementation of projects staying on track and on budget;
- Successful engagement of customers in product;
- Profit margins in region;
- Support metrics in line with standards;
- eNPS and NPS score in region;
- Required systems being utilized.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Previous experience in a senior delivery position with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions;
- Ability to handle customer issues and escalations constructively and diplomatically;
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or relatable field or experience;
- Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally;
- A highly collaborative approach;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills;
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organise tasks and multiple projects;
- Naturally curious with a passion for driving continuous improvement of results.
