Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity – Setup and Testing of VPN, Fortigate Firewalls, VLAN’s, Managed CISCO Switches
Advanced Systems Administration – Endpoint Management, Microsoft Tenant Setup, Audit tools like AdminDroid or similar, Azure Active Directory and Multi-factor Authentication(MFA)
Key Responsibilities: 1. As a Cybersecurity & Network Admin, you will be required to Work from Office (Gurugram) in UK or US shifts, 5 days a week. 2. Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents reported by the users via telephone, chat, email, or walk-ins 3. Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements 4. Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action 5. Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. 6.
Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability. 7. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems. 8. Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures. 9. Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware. 10. Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures. 11. Providing network engineering support and training to other team members. 12. Deal with and resolve helpdesk requests 13.
Take ownership of user problems and resolve the problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner Skills Required: 1. A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related field). 2. Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). 3. Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. 4. Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) 5. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 7.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 8. Knowledge on Windows, Mac operating systems & VDI environments 9. Awareness of basic networking concepts, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and technologies
