This is a
hybrid role based in our Los Angeles (West Hollywood) and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What’s so interesting about this role?
As the International Marketing Manager at Grindr, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing and measuring our international marketing initiatives. You will compile market research, help develop campaigns that resonate with our audience in target international markets, ensure their successful launch, and establish robust measurement and evaluation frameworks to monitor their impact.
What’s the job?
- Campaign Execution: Lead the development, production, and measurement of brand campaigns.
- Media Buying: Manage ad accounts and campaign measurement on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Media Analytics: Analyze and report on media performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional partners, including external agencies and internal stakeholders, to ensure timely project delivery of and alignment with brand strategy.
- Communication: Write clear, concise communication materials, including slides and emails to share out learnings and progress with executive stakeholders
- Organization: Manage calendars and multi-channel communication to maintain project timelines.
- Agency Management: Maintain and manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What we'll love about you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing roles, preferably with global campaign management experience
- Abilities:
- Written Communication: Strong ability to write clear and concise communication materials.
- Strategic thought: Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities using data and solid business sense.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills, including calendaring and multi-channel communication.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Brand Campaign Execution: Comprehensive understanding and application of brand campaign development, production, and measurement.
- Spanish Proficiency: Fluency in written and verbal Spanish.
- Media Buying: Hands-on experience with managing ad accounts on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Media Analytics: Expertise in analyzing and reporting media performance.
- Familiarity With:
- Marketing Agency Relationship Management: Working knowledge of managing relationships with marketing agencies.
- Brand Strategy: Understanding of brand strategy development and implementation.
- Creative Development: Experience in creating and developing content for branded campaigns.
- Video & Photo Production: Knowledge of video and photo production processes for campaigns.

This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.Los Angeles Base Pay Range$132,000—$155,000 USD
