You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with hands-on leaders and mission-driven individuals everyday.This role will require someone to already be based in the NYC metropolitan area, and be comfortable working out of our office in Flatiron on a hybrid schedule (three days per week). 

About the role


Attain is seeking an energetic and organized Executive Assistant to support the office of our Chief Operating Officer and President. This role will support the day to day operations of our executive team, as well as office management activities out of our Flatiron office. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments, as well as a strong ability to manage competing priorities while executing tasks in an organized, succinct fashion. You’ll play a critical role in schedule management, meeting coordination and administrative responsibilities to ensure day to day operations run efficiently. 

Preferred Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience working internally as an Executive Assistant for member(s) of a c-suite leadership team; start-up experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack & strong familiarity with office management systems and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to navigate confidential correspondence with discretion

What a typical week might look like


  • Manage the calendar of our Chief Operating Officer and President by scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prioritize incoming requests and coordinate responses to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, as well as support orchestration and preparation for meetings, obligations and events 
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives for the broader executive team in coordination with Director of Executive Operations
  • Manage and track timely completion of expense reports
