The position is based in Schaumburg, IL.


The Position:


We are growing the Enterprise segment of our Business Development team as we continue to expand our enterprise customer base. This role will include researching & engaging with some of the largest companies in the world and work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to close new logo accounts. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years in an outbound BDR/SDR role with experience targeting enterprise level accounts. This position will collaborate with fellow members of the enterprise business development team to bring qualified opportunities to our enterprise AE’s.

What You’ll Do


· Engage enterprise-level ($1B+) prospective customers by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to set product demonstrations· Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper hand-offs. Also working closely throughout the sales cycle to help close business.· Hit your monthly targets for qualified demos booked, performed, and pipeline generated· Be a product knowledge expert on Bectran’s Credit & AR Management Software and successfully overcome prospective customer objections· Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes· Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM (Salesforce.com)

What You Will Need to Be Successful:


· 3+ years in an outbound BDR/SDR role focusing on new accounts· Experience with long-term sales cycles (6 months+) · Strong verbal and written communication skills· Proven success in prospecting new markets and establishing business relationships· Excellent cold calling and cold emailing skills· Self-starter, results-oriented· Credit Industry knowledge/experience is a plus
