Business Development Representative

In Office Requirements:
Hybrid - 3 days in office weekly
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, create, and respond (via phone/email) to defined accounts – inbound + outbound sales opportunities
- Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives
- Ensure prospective client comprehension of our sales processes to establish positive client relationships
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling
- Experience in fintech or within the financial advisor community
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight
- Grit, determination, positive attitude, and distinct attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially via phone)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually - ($75,750 OTE)
- This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions.
