We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team of top talent to contribute to our continued successThe ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Define the overall project scope and timeline to onboard new clients and also subsequent delivery phases for established clients 
  • Perform requirements gathering including facilitating joint sessions with the client to define the user experience, business and operations workflows
  • Work independently on solution enablement of multiple new accounts including large enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate business and technology process owners to define the joint project milestones and hold both internal and external team members accountable for the delivery of the defined milestones 
  • Work with multiple projects and collaborate with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives 
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues that affect scope and delivery
  • Participate in ongoing business process standardization 
  • Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership team
  • May include direct team management

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 7-10+ years of project management skills, experience on managing implementation for enterprise clients 
  • Conceptual knowledge of systems integration is highly desired 
  • Expert knowledge collecting and communicating scope from complex and/or ambiguous opportunities 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer and employee population 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Self-motivated leader and problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 
  • Technical background, prior hands-on development experience preferred 
  • Financial, banking and/or lending industry experience highly preferred 
  • Familiar with the Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira) 
  • Prior experience in SaaS implementation is preferred
