Business Development Manager

The typical starting base pay for this position is $116,000 to $145,000. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for sales commission.
Responsibilities
- Organize, qualify, and manage a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Negotiate, structure, and sign revenue-generating agreements.
- Execute sales strategy to deploy wireless infrastructure in both enterprise-funded and operator-funded prospects.
- Network and expand existing relationships within assigned territory by developing relationships.
- Collaborate with the project management and RF Engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in complex, enterprise-paying, solution selling environments, with a proven record.
- Hunter in Hospitality, and new construction space for DAS and Small Cell.
- Experience in selling directly to the enterprise, while meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven track record of closing projects & contracts, and regularly meeting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to negotiate and execute contracts by leveraging cross-functional resources.
- Capacity to adapt to Sobey Network & Boingo’s fast-paced and dynamic culture.
- Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time.
