What’s the role?
Seasonal Marketing Automation support humans help our Benefits Communications team deliver tailored versions of email and text campaigns during their customers’ benefit election season. You’ll learn the basics of our tools, products, and processes -- as well as health care benefits -- to support our team in building, testing, and launching email and text campaigns on behalf of our customers. This is a great opportunity to learn about how the technology industry leverages best practices from marketing and communications and uses them to help our customers educate their employees on their benefits and total rewards packages.
What you’ll do to be successful
1) Own the organization of all the details that go into building and testing campaign automations
Request contact lists of their benefits-eligible employees from customer project leads and upload to our email service provider. Reformat and tag lists as needed.
Build automation, test, and QA automations in our email service provider and email client testing tool.
We'll measure success through all campaigns having launched on time and error free, with some internal support.
2) Be a stickler for details and quality assurance
Own a master calendar of all campaigns and the send dates, lists, and channels for each one.
Accurately and consistently document completed work and campaign milestones in JIRA
We'll measure success by the engagement metrics of campaigns exceeding industry expectations, with some internal support.
Experience & skills you’ll need
At least 1 year experience working with an ESP (Email Service Provider). Experience using ActiveCampaign is a bonus. Must have experience building, testing, and maintaining automations.
Experience in proofing copy and QA of content.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Able to work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am CT- 5pm CT, with some flexibility- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Dates: Mid-August through early November
