The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare BPO operations, with a proven track record of successfully transitioning accounts offshore. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to leverage their operational expertise and move into a client management and business development career path.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring all their service needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for cross-selling our diverse range of services to existing clients, contributing to business growth and revenue enhancement.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintainhigh levels of satisfaction among all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and partners, through excellent service delivery and proactive communication.
Transition Management: Lead and oversee the transition of accounts offshore, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to clients.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for account growth and service improvement. Maintain Strategic Account Plan for all accounts under your portfolio.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance, identifying trends, and developing action plans to address any issues or capitalize on opportunities.
Operations Collaboration: Work with Operational delivery teams to maintainhighest level of performance on accounts.
QBR’s – Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with key client and internal stakeholders.
Coach and Mentor other Junior Account Managers in the organization.
Manage Jr AM’s performance and effectiveness.
International Travel may be required in this roleQualifications:
At least 8 years experience in operations management within the Healthcare BPO sector with a current designation of Manager - Operations
Experience with client stakeholder management
Experience with transitioning accounts offshore successfully.
Strong desire to move into a client management/business development role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Executive Presence and Presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
