Systems Administrator

We are looking for an extraordinary technical support individual with a passion for helping people utilize technology and educate them to fully utilize the potential for day-to-day applications. Job Responsibilities
Setup new Users, modify access for existing users, and offboard users as required
Manage user accounts, permissions & access rights
Maintain firewalls and security policies
Basic remote troubleshooting of Computer hardware, software, network, Connectivity & 3rd party applications
Creates documentation and self-service tips for troubleshooting – publishes on SharePoint/ Intranet
Logs in all support tickets and provides timely resolution based on agreed SLA’s
Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and policies;
Ensure reliable monitoring and alerting for systems infrastructure;
Identity management on platforms using Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Service;
Develop and deploy Group Policy objects that optimize the org’s global security posture as well as enhance end-user workflows;
Implement and support the integration of applications into a centralized SSO infrastructure using OIDC and SAML protocols.
Experience in GSuite Business Workplace Management – Users, permissions and setup
Manage DNS settings, Domain management, MX Records
Manage VPN’s
Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
Provides weekly & monthly performance reports
Available to work during US Central Hours (8 AM to 5 PM Central time) and On Call (for technical emergencies)
Technical Skill Set
Cloud Computing Microsoft 365, Teams Admin, Microsoft Teams Phone Connect, Azure AD, Exchange Admin
Setup Enterprise Policies on Microsoft Tenant
Familiar with VPN Deployment like Open VPN, Pritunl
Google Cloud / AWS Console experience preferred
Usage of MSP & RMM tools like Syncro
Windows & Mac Troubleshooting
Competency in Microsoft 365 & Operating Systems
Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS & network troubleshooting
Data Export, manipulation, and clean up using Excel/ csv tools
Soft Skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally in English
Able to perform end-user impact analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigation
Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when under pressure
Ability to multitask and manage a large workload
Strong organization skills
