This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. About the Role


The Director of B2B Marketing will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing and lead a global team of high-performing marketers responsible for B2B inbound and outbound demand generation across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute commercial and public sector B2B marketing strategies to drive inbound demand generation, pipeline growth and revenue across all regions and GTM segments
  • Develop and effectuate a world-class, outbound, lead generation strategy, process and BDR team in partnership with Keeper’s CRO and advisors 
  • Oversee the development and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, content marketing and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Partner with the channel marketing and channel sales teams to accelerate partner-led growth
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business features and product offerings
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and continuously refine lead generation strategies across all regions and GTM segments
  • Lead localization initiatives to ensure our marketing campaigns resonate globally
  • Oversee lead nurturing initiatives to foster renewed interest and facilitate reconversions
  • Lead and manage a global team of marketers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement 
  • Manage budget allocation and planning to ensure optimal use of resources and investment
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs, key achievements and opportunities

Requirements


  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of success in demand generation, pipeline acceleration and revenue growth; SaaS experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing results-oriented, high-performing global marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of global B2B marketing strategies and tactics with expertise in campaigns, digital marketing and ABM across multiple channels and geographies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in budget management, with the ability to effectively allocate resources and optimize spend to maximize ROI
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics with the ability to track and analyze performance
  • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience
  • Ability to travel for meetings, events and conferences
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
