About The Role:
As a Sr. Manager, Contract Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily activities across our global Contract Manufacturing operations. This key role will be responsible for strategic relationship management of our global contract manufacturing operations. Spanning three continents and a growing network of partners, this key role will own our external manufacturing partnerships to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with our production goals. You will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of contract manufacturing, from supplier selection and contract negotiation, capital investment and cost control, and ongoing performance management. In this crucial role, you will combine your deep industry knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure a successful rapid expansion of capacity and delivery of new manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning and strong relationship management skills to ensure that our manufacturing partners uphold our commitment to quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing Feastables’ contract manufacturing partnerships
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of contract manufacturing relationships, from selection and onboarding of new manufacturers to the ongoing management and evaluation of existing partners
- Negotiate contracts with manufacturing partners to ensure favorable terms, including costs, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Evaluate opportunities to deploy capital towards projects that will increase capacity, throughput, and unlock new technologies for innovative products
- Monitor and manage the performance of contract manufacturers, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, performance metrics, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with R&D and broader Supply Chain teams to ensure product specifications are met and new products are smoothly integrated into production sequences.
- Partner with FSQR to enforce robust quality control processes at all contract manufacturing sites to maintain high product standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Address and resolve any issues related to production, quality, or supply chain disruptions swiftly to minimize impact on business operations.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of manufacturing facilities to ensure they meet Feastables’ safety, quality, productivity and environmental standards.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all contract manufacturing partners to ensure long-term strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Keep informed of industry trends and best practices in contract manufacturing and sustainability to drive innovation and efficiency in Feastables' operations
- Regular Travel to contract manufacturing sites globally to ensure strong commitment and operational alignment to shared goals
Recipe For Success:
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the food, beverage, or CPG industries, with a significant focus on contract manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS) preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple contract manufacturing relationships
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in drafting and managing complex contracts
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment
- A commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all manufacturing practices
- Ability to travel as needed to visit manufacturing sites and ensure partner alignment with Feastables’ operational standards and values
