We are seeking a Global Support Specialist to join our Global team in Hyderabad, India. The Global Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global immigration teams across the regions, reporting to Support Services Team Lead.

As our Global Support Specialist , you will be required to:


  • Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems.
  • Setup assessments received via email or Comm Center (step 3 of Assessments SOP)
  • Open assessments in the app
  • Add available data points, documents and email communications in the app.
  • Assign assignee and preparer in the app.
  • Close assessments in the app as directed by Case Managers
  • Setup cases received via email or Comm Center (steps 3 and 6 of Initiations SOP)
  • Open new cases in the app
  • Set up the following placeholders for document sharing.
  • Passport
  • CV
  • Job description
  • Diploma
  • Employment contract
  • Immigration questionnaire
  • Other documents
  • Open Egnyte folder
  • Add available data points, documents, and email communications in the app.
  • Assign assignee and preparer in the app.
  • Case closure
  • Assist Case Managers in closing cases in accordance with Case Closure SOP
  • Upload immigration document and set expiry dates as directed by Case Managers
  • Secure document transfers
  • Copy documents uploaded by clients from app to Egnyte.
  • Copy documents uploaded by TPV from Egnyte to app.
  • Update public case notes in app as directed by Case Managers
  • Assist with filling in immigration forms for submission with authorities.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and case audit requests.
  • Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by Team Lead

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 


  • Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent time management, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Additional language knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic growing team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • One to Three years of relevant experience
