Engagement Strategist
to join our team. The Engagement Strategist will be primarily responsible for supporting the strategic ecosystem and channel development and program execution of assigned accounts. This position requires strong evidenced analytical thinking and excellent project management skills. The focus is on developing strategic solutions to client needs in customer relationship management (CRM) and creating innovative and effective customer loyalty programs and maximizing the usage of applicable customer data.

What You'll Do
- Work Closely with Engagement Supervisors/Directors:Manageand program execution of assigned accounts .
- Omni-channel Marketing: Showcase an understanding of omni-channel marketing, which Includes, channel development, testing, tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting, for innovation.
- Evaluate Programs, Channels, and Tactics: Coordinate multiple customer touchpoints to optimize successful consumer experience, build out cadence or behavior-based CRM programs.
- Conduct Data and Analytically IntensiveTasks: Generate campaign findings, website audits, analytic insights, and recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns.
- Partner with theAccount Team: Identifyopportunities and determine and prioritize project scope and business specifications.
- Provide Support for New Business Opportunities:Conduct in-depth review and analysis of current landscapes and journey for customers across the therapeutic areas.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
- Tools and Platforms: Proficient in social media monitoring (e.g., Radian6, Visible), digital analytics (e.g., comScore, Google Analytics), and SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of statistical analysis and social science research methods.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, written, project management, and planning skills.
- Hybrid Schedule: Ability to come into the Chicago office on Wednesdays - known as "anchor days" - free lunch is provided every week!
