We’re continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Implementation Team making that happen.
Your impact.
- Delivering a customized HealthJoy onboarding experience to our new and existing clients; acting as a technical expert in partnership with Customer Success team
- Begin to manage a book of business independently, overseeing multiple concurrent SaaS implementations; specifically focused on Small Business accounts
- Ensure programs go live on time and high standards of quality are met, providing account and project support throughout the implementation process
- Track and communicate progress with key internal and external stakeholders
- Gather and validate required inputs from our clients (data collection and file conversion); holding clients accountable for the necessary deliverables
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with our clients and address their feedback
- Understand business and technical requirements and communicate these both internally and externally
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base as processes and requirements evolve
- Act as an implementation liaison across other departments including Product, Sales, Member Services, Engineering and more
Your experience.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in employee benefits or insurance implementations
- Demonstrated success independently managing and implementing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to think two steps ahead on every project
- Excellent teamwork, collaborative, and problem solving skills
- The ability to participate and contribute during internal discussions
- Demonstrated diplomacy: experience skillfully managing the needs and agendas of diverse professionals who are anxious to get your time and attention
- Proficiency in Excel

Job Level: 20 Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $60,000-70,000 Annually The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance. HealthJoy is a remote-first employer.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
