About The Role:
As a Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management at Feastables, you will play a critical role in driving our pricing strategy and revenue growth through comprehensive data analysis and strategic planning. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence our market positioning, optimize trade spend ROI, and ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and effective. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leverage data-driven decisions to optimize trade-spend ROI, monitor price-effectiveness, and support long-term strategic planning
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on pricing performance, including actuals versus forecast analysis, to internal stakeholders
- Provide insights into key financial metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and sales volume, and make recommendations for corrective actions or adjustments to pricing strategies as needed
- Manage trade letters to ensure effective communication surrounding new product launches, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, trade spend, or any other relevant financial inputs
- Implement revenue growth management strategies, including pricing elasticity analysis, promotional pricing optimization, and product bundling strategies
- Assist in the development of the annual operating plan by providing insights and recommendations related to pricing strategies, revenue targets, and profitability goals
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning and broader strategy teams to ensure alignment between pricing initiatives and overall financial objectives
- Conduct RPPP/ROI scenario modeling to evaluate potential outcomes and guide strategic decisions
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques to simulate and analyze various retail price package scenarios.
- Assess the impact of different pricing structures and promotional offers on customer behavior, sales volume, and revenue generation
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis to identify market trends, benchmark pricing strategies, and uncover opportunities for differentiation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional activities on sales and profitability
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management
Recipe For Success:
- 7+ years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, or a related field within the CPG industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to think creatively and employ "outside the box" thinking to develop innovative pricing strategies and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience managing trade letter publishing, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing trade letters to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Deep understanding of trade spend management and revenue/profitability modeling
- Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, including pricing elasticity analysis, demand forecasting, and competitive pricing analysis
- Experience preparing and managing annual operating plan profit & revenue models, and conducting scenario modeling for retail price package plans
- Previous exposure to annual operating plan processes and financial reporting, with the ability to report actuals plus forecast for internal financials
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Passion for the CPG industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
