We’re looking for a creative Content Specialist. Is it you?
As a Content Specialist you will research and create content related to HR topics, employee benefits, and the industry for Evive products and communications. While the primary focus of this role is communications content, there will be opportunities to influence content across all Evive products and solutions. This role is integral to Evive’s growth as an organization and will be able to help deliver value to each customer.

- Own content creation for Evive products, solutions, and communications
- Research trending topics and create content strategies to support employee benefits and vendor programs while reaching the intended target audience
- Consistently evaluate, improve upon, and maintain current Evive communications and product content
- Build and maintain an enterprise-wide knowledge base of content management procedures and protocol
- Develop and manage annual content calendars
- Work cross-functionally with the design resources on the visual aspects of content
- Work cross-functionally with client-facing teams on client communications requests
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on performance of content efforts
- Proofread and peer review work of other Content Specialists and Graphic Designers on the Content team
- Function as a subject matter expert for the Content organization and as well as the broader Evive organization
- All other duties as assigned
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, journalism, or marketing
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in content creation or communications
- Knowledge of email
- Benefits knowledge and experience preferred
- Human Resources knowledge and experience preferred
- Knowledge of digital products & principles/best practices preferred (including User Experience, User Interface, Copywriting, and Content Management Systems)
- Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to translate Human Resource trends into Communication Content Strategy
- Strong grammatical and proofreading skills
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external business partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
