Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and execute automated tests in Node.JS
- Reporting, monitoring & tracking of issues as part of the QA life cycle.
- Participate in the technical design, development, and testing of new features and products.
- Responsible for regression tests and continuous integration processes
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing automation frameworks and testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the developers and collaborate as an integral part of the engineering team.
- Document test cases, procedures, and results thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure reproducibility.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automated testing and QA methodologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- 4+ years of experience in writing automation tests in node.JS
- Experience and understanding of testing and test-automation methodologies
- Good knowledge of testing and automation tools such as selenium, codecept or playwright
- Team player with great communication skills, with a “can do” approach and attention to details
- Strong technical and analytical skills, fast learner, independent and able to deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause
