About the Role:


As a Supply Planning Analyst,you will play a critical role in supporting Feastables’ end-to-end planning function across supply and inventory management. Youwill be primarily responsible for providing insights to optimize the production planning and distribution process across our domestic business.The right person for this role will be a highly-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a background in Supply Chain and Business Planning, capable of both hands-on and individual contribution in a highly dynamic, start-up environment.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams to help develop monthly production plans based on inventories, financial forecast and bottoms-up demand plan for the domestic business
  • Perform analyses and give recommendations on various supply scenarios given changing capacities & demand outlooks
  • Monitor and track performance across our contract manufacturer network to determine and review production capabilities
  • Maintain rolling 12-month supply forecasts and provide visibility to all key partners including contract manufacturers and the Procurement team
  • Manage purchase orders within Feastables ERP and effectively communicate production priorities to contract manufacturing partners
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key partners at various domestic contract manufacturers to ensure production is happening as scheduled 
  • Lead bi-weekly inventory allocation with the Demand & Customer Supply Chain teams in order to appropriately manage available product in alignment with business priorities
  • Deliver the best customer experience by ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time
  • Additional duties as needed

  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Food/Beverage manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods experience in high-growth, start-up environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
  • Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions 
  • Comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable – this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role
  • Strong analytical skills are a must have
  • Advanced MS Excel 
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Must be highly organized and detailed
  • A team player: able to work and make decisions with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics or other related field required
  • 2+ years Supply Chain/Operations experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt / APICS certification is a plus
