Berman STAR Nissan is seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical problems and plan repair work
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any necessary repairs
- Test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and necessary repairs to customers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic
- 1 ASE is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
