PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Under the general supervision of the Supply Chain - Product Fulfillment Manager this position is responsible for all efforts of support involving 3 rd party SC Product Coordinators, Fulfillment Specialists and Couriers working in the LivWell Distribution Center (LDC) and Infusiasm Distribution Center in support of the LivWell retail stores or wholesale clients. This employee will support the planning, processing, tracking, and auditing of all infused products within the company’s guidelines, as well as state government compliance.
This includes, but is not limited to, product receiving, inventory and FIFO stocking, cross-docking, and daily/weekly compliance support efforts / audits, and will collaborate with the Supply Chain – Product Fulfillment Supervisor and Manager, and key stakeholders to establish and implement policies and procedures while adhering to company and state regulations.Essential DutiesInventory Receiving, Cross Docking and Control
- All tasks listed below will be assigned by the department manager or supervisor
- Ensure all incoming medicated products are counted and received into the Metrc system daily
- Effective support of aforementioned employees ensuring proper receiving, inventory, and FIFOstocking and / or crossdocking of medicated product.
- Tracking and reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, and any damage goods.
- Track, create and report key functional metrics, identify trends and address opportunities andissues.
- Pro
- actively and consistently work to reduce expenses and improve operational effectiveness.
- Support the replenishment effort of inventory in the LDC, IDC and all retail locations.Utilize metrc and system knowledge as they relate to complex product scheduling and planning
- Continuously analyze strategies to ensure support plans are achieved by the DC’s for the stores.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Systems and Data Entry
- Ensure that all Metrc and CounterPoint inputs are performed in a timely mannerAudits and Tracking
- Audit and Track product and 90-day shelf stock expiration dates, FIFO, low inventory andreceiving by day via CP and related reports.
- Coordinate the redistribution of product in an effort to reduce slow moving inventory.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure LDC and IDC efforts are in compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure workflow and work procedures have been properly documented in SOP’s, andappropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and process integrity.
Other Duties
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervision
- Works under the general supervision of the Supply Chain – Product Fulfillment Manager.
- Provides support to aforementioned employees under the guidance of the direction of theSupply Chain – Product Fulfillment Manager.

Job Qualifications
- Employee must be able to obtain an order-picker (forklift) certification.
- Must be able to secure a MED badge
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and inventory management required.
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Demonstrated capability with ERP, inventory planning, and logistics.D
- Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred.
- APICS certification preferred.

Working Conditions
- Requires full time wearing of hair & beard nets and lab coat or coveralls while in the LDC
- Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
- Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
- Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
