As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering strategic services across a range of clients and industries, always striving to deliver strategic impact and value for our clients. You are accountable for the quality of strategic services, and pride yourself on the ability to contextualize data into meaningful insights that connect to clients’ campaign goals and overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lend new perspective to client creative performance data by contextualizing findings through the lens of audience understanding, brand strategy, industry happenings and platform trends
Build strategic learning agendas and creative hypotheses that guide data analysis, resulting in highly relevant test & learn plans that can be easily shared and executed with / by client and / or partners
Bridge data and creativity by effectively translating insights into action. Develop work that works by merging science with art, rooting testing plans and all recommendations in understanding of best practices and data performance.
Partner with the cross-functional team to provide strategic recommendations and areas of opportunity for the clients’ creative strategy
Become an expert of the Vidmob platform, particularly Creative Analytics, to effectively deliver strategic value through creative insights and recommendations
Lead client discussion around creative performance data and analysis, strategic insight and creative recommendations
Qualifications:
5+ years in a creative strategy role or similar (i.e Brand Strategy, Advertising Strategy)
3+ years in a role working with data and / or analytics
Experience working with creative, ad or brand strategy
Understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms in a marketing capacity
Strategic and analytical thinker; you connect the dots and delight in the application of insights to drive creative storytelling
Strong communication skills: can proficiently articulate ideas and deliver simplified explanations of data
Solutions-minded self-starter; you are a hand raiser and value being part of a community
You relish in embracing the unknown, building, learning and rebuilding, and effectively changing minds through the delicate mix of art and science
You are reliable, and excited to show up each day with a “can-do” attitude; you’re fluent in modern ways of working - you don’t miss a beat working within a distributed workforce
Nice To Have:
Experience working with social media strategy on Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap
Knowledge of the creative production process, as relates to advertising
