Role Overview:
As a Freelance Content Implementation Specialist on our Operations team, you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers by accurately and efficiently managing content within our event platform. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be critical to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Process and implement content requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and update content in our apps via the CMS platform: Backstage.
- Project Support: Manage project onboarding forms, conduct initial project setup, and handle data processing tasks using tools like Excel and Photoshop.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Progress Reporting: Communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Project Coordination/Management: Experience working on projects and handling them in a professional manner (internship or full-time role).
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous
