Envoy Global has a new opening for a Strategic Account Manager (Business Immigration) to serve as primary high-level relationship manager for designated client portfolio(s). This role requires a suitably experienced and skilled individual who can build deep partnerships with Envoy Global’s clients to understand their needs related to total immigration program. This includes strategies for recruiting and retaining foreign national talent, as well as for facilitating client program growth and improvement and managing worldwide (US + Global) populations and needs.
As our successful candidate, you will also be required to:
- Provide global immigration knowledge, recommendations, and service - related to client goals and questions.
- Collaborate with Envoy team members as well as affiliate law firm staff to plan, execute and ensure client’s needs are met.
- Deliver and maintain an excellent level of client/customer service at all times.
- Develop relationships with Envoy teams to drive solutions that improve overall client experience. This includes participation in department and company-wide initiatives by representing the voice of client(s) in various continued improvement, training, and knowledge sharing exercises.
- Leverage team’s account management support model to ensure appropriate management of client accounts.
- Use sales based soft skills to ensure client success and customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, your client account management duties will be both proactiveand reactive, and you'll be required to:
- Provide clients with country-specific immigration advice and overall global policy and expansion strategy.
- Provide business reviews and conduct client check ins frequently and on a recurring cadence.
- Serve as the strategic and escalatory point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and efficiency in the client’s operation (and share best practices).
- Manage and/or oversee complex and/or multi-jurisdictional consulting projects.
- Ensure Envoy team members are following client-specific protocols, procedures, and policies and provide training as necessary.
- Instruct Envoy team members on deliverables needed to meet client objectives. Includes, but not limited to reports, legal and mobility-centric collateral, training (immigration, mobility, technology), recurring and ad hoc consultation projects, and other client-driven requests.
- Maintain up to date understanding of client account statuses and activity at all times.
- Provide updates to Envoy Leadership on health of accounts (both in formal overview settings and in live time where warranted).
- Assist in resolving client issues related to service levels, including handling client escalations and processing RCA.
- Partner with Knowledge Management and Marketing teams to be informed on immigration trends and issues in key destination countries and update impacted clients as needed.
- Partner with Envoy and affiliate law firms to review and provide client pricing schedules and contracts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to incorporate additional facets of client programs into the company engagement with Envoy to expand geographical scope of service, where possible.
- Participate and, where appropriate, lead internal trainings for account management team members and other Envoy/GIA/CIP stakeholders.
To apply for this role, you must possess the following specific experience, and skills:
- 7+ Years in account management roles with proven experience in managing enterprise level accounts.
- 5+ Years in the Immigration Field, with knowledge of both Global and US immigration.
- College Degree - preferred.
- Excellent relationship skills and ability to partner with varying levels within the client’s organization and within the Envoy organization.
- Ability to synthesize information and data originating from multiple sources (Governments, legal team experts, external legal parties, other Envoy department team members) through an immigration lens, and to provide resulting tailored guidance to clients.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - including excellent application of the English language.
- Value collaboration and teamwork whilst having the ability to work autonomously.
- An attitude of accountability and proactivity.
- Excellent customer service skills and client first mentality.
