About The Role:
As the Head of Commercialization at Feastables, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches, blending deep market insights with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences. Your leadership will extend through multiple functional areas, aligning efforts with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure that each new product not only reaches the market, but also thrives in it.This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader who excels in project execution and market strategy, all while navigating the complexities of product commercialization.
You will guide our innovative products from factory to shelf, making critical decisions that will impact their success and contribute towards Feastables’ future growth. We can’t wait to have you as part of this journey!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Orchestrate the end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
- Develop strategies to effectively introduce new products into the market, ensuring they align with Feastables' business strategy, the MrBeast brand, and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partners
- Oversee market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the CPG landscape
Recipe For Success:
- A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launches
- Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of the consumer goods market, consumer preferences, and market dynamics
- Expert-level experience with syndicated (Nielsen and IRI) and panel data (Numerator, Nielsen and IRI) measures and reporting coupled with the ability to derive concise, actionable insights from complex data
- Intimate knowledge of key retailer business practices
- Innovative mindset with a passion for creating products that resonate with consumers
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partners
- A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
- Passion for the creator / social media space
