Job Description:
Protera is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our People Operation team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.As a Senior IT Recruiter at Protera, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization by identifying and selecting the best candidates to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, and project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview guides, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
Requirements
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting IT professionals.
- Strong technical recruiting background, specifically with IT infrastructure as it relates to SAP Basis, HANA, Azure, AWS, Google, Networking, and Security.
- Good understanding of technical skill sets is must.
- Working knowledge and understanding of hiring platforms like Naukri, Monster, hirist, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding and knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Must have skills:
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
