The ideal candidate will be passionate about utilizing social media channels creatively to build our employer brand and connect with potential candidates.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates across various roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source passive candidates through online channels and networking to enhance the pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to build and enhance our employer brand presence on social media.
- Utilize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics and progress to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role for a variety of R&D positions.
- Deep understanding and experience of various sourcing tools and social media platforms and their use in talent sourcing and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a must
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and social media recruitment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
