You and your team members will engage with key outbound leads. You will aid account directors in researching targets, building out account plans and driving new meeting and business opportunities. You will spend 70% of your time building direct pipeline & 30% of your time on skills education & development.

- Generate your own leads and opportunities through outbound & inbound sales activities, with marketing support
- Work closely with your assigned Directors and support them with key research and account planning matters
- Performance manage yourself to ensure you are hitting your goals and agreed metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, working with the Sales Directors.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate pipeline for key programs
- Create business development strategies to tap into new markets, verticals, or segments
- Collaborate with the wider business to deliver strategic programs for the sales organization
- Prepare reports and dashboards for the SVP Sales and use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data tools
Required Experience, Skills & Education
- A self-starter, highly detail-oriented, curious + creative and able to think on your feet
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, deadline oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are persistent and resourceful.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with people successfully, either in person or over the phone, to lead or persuade, and overcome challenges
- Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
What is my career path?If you are accepted for this role & you succeed then there are a few routes you may want to later consider, subject to role availability & suitability and only after you have undertaken your role for a minimum of 12 months:
- You choose to become a member of theBusiness Development Management Teamand you manage your own book of business. From here the progression map is becoming a Business Development Manager > Senior Business Development Manager > Associate Director > Sales Director > Senior Sales Director . (All roles are achievable within your first 3 years).
- If you have a proven passion for explaining complex matters, client services and can successfully demonstrate your ability to aid clients, you may consider joining ourClient Services Team
