The primary objectives and responsibilities of a BDR Manager includes:

Coaching and Development


:


  • Discover training needs and provide ongoing coaching to the wider BDR team, including group call coaching sessions or 1-1 sessions;
  • Identify areas of improvement using reporting metrics in weekly, monthly and quarterly 1:1 reviews to ensure BDR’s improve performance;
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Sales Development to hit SAO targets;
  • Monitor sales performance and address issues when necessary;
  • Leadweekly team coaching sessions to better understand call results, develop and maintain processes, BDR best practices and strategies;
  • Support the team by addressing prospects’ questions and concerns, coaching, and troubleshooting challenging calls or technical issues;
  • Take on additional tasks and projects to support employees and leadership;
  • Generate weekly reports via SalesForce and Outreach to track lead conversion and share with wider sales leaders;
  • Use reporting metrics to support and guide BDR’s during 1-2-1’s and coaching sessions;
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns;
  • Listen to BDR’s feedback and ensure this is communicated to management and help resolve any issues or conflicts.

Be a company ambassador:


  • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct webinars;
  • Attend trade shows and other industry-related events to showcase Evotix;
  • Promote Evotix in an effort to generate new leads;
  • Continuously make an effort to learn more about the health and safety market;
  • Maximize value through understanding key issues in target sectors;
  • Share insights with the product team and provide input on product strategy and development;
  • Gather intelligence on competitor propositions and activities and feed them back to the sales and product teams.

What you’ll bring to the table: 


  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, SPICED or something relatable;
  • Proven experience of managing a BDR Team is critical to success;
  • Previous experience of implementing modern lead-generation techniques;
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets;
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills;
  • Natural ability to build a rapport with team-mates so they have confidence in you;
  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive quickly;
  • Open and collaborative – maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
  • Prioritise tasks to maintain focus while balancing many activities;
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations confidently to multiple executive levels within an organization;
  • Flexibility with working hours—we are a global company!
