The Job Details
We are seeking an experienced AI&ML Innovation Lead/Manager to lead our dynamic team in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions. As the forefront leader of our AI & ML Innovation Department, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our AI initiatives, overseeing the development of innovative AI models and solutions, and ensuring they align with our business goals and meet our clients' needs.What you’ll do as a
AI&ML Innovation Lead/Manager
- Develop and execute the AI/ML department's strategic plan in alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain-specific experts such as WMS Solution Architects for AI.
- Foster innovation within the team to ensure our AI/ML solutions stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Product Development and Customer Success, to integrate AI functionalities seamlessly into our SaaS offerings.
- Manage the AI/ML project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that provide tangible benefits to our clients.
- Oversee research and development efforts to explore new AI technologies and methodologies that can enhance our product offerings.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and privacy, are upheld in all projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on AI/ML initiatives, achievements, and strategic direction.
You’ve Got:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML teams in developing and deploying successful AI-driven products or solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in solving real-world business problems.
- Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of the WMS or e-commerce domain or similar fields is a plus.

Location & Working Model
We are working in a full remote model. We have physical offices in İstanbul(Ataşehir Nidakule Kolektif House) where team members can get together and work collaboratively on a volunteer basis.
