About The Role:
As our Head of Legal, you will spearhead our legal strategy and framework, ensuring our operations are not only compliant, but also optimally positioned for growth and innovation. Your insight will be crucial in shaping corporate policy, negotiating critical contracts, managing risk, and setting the legal direction that will safeguard and propel Feastables forward.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and legal expertise to support our rapid growth and ever-evolving needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all legal aspects of the business, from compliance and contract negotiations to intellectual property and dispute resolution
- Provide strategic legal guidance to the executive team, contributing to key business decisions and strategy development
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of complex agreements, ensuring they align with Feastables' business objectives, the MrBeast brand, and broader legal requirements
- Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
- Manage all aspects of the company's legal affairs, including intellectual property, employment law, and corporate transactions
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across the organization, developing risk management strategies that align with Feastables' growth and market dynamics
- Advise on environmental and sustainability regulations, aligning Feastables’ operations with legal requirements and corporate social responsibility goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and oversee the management of legal disputes and litigations.
- Develop and implement legal processes and policies to streamline operations and support business objectives
Recipe For Success:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a legal leadership role, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and current bar admission
- Comprehensive knowledge of the legal landscape as it pertains to corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and intellectual property
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective legal counsel and participate in executive decision-making processes
- Strong foundation in contract law, with exceptional negotiation and drafting skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, providing legal guidance that supports business goals while mitigating risk
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization
- A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
