Our location is a 'candy store for guys' and our stores have been featured in NY Magazine, Time Out, Chicago Tribune and GQ Magazine. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team with big ambition.
We are looking for a like-minded, driven candidate for our Stylist role and to serve as an ambassador to The Tie Bar brand.
The Position:

An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, analytical and can quickly pivot to support the needs of a growing organization.As a Store Stylist you will be the authority on style, quality, and service.
Responsibilities:
· Driving business by providing personalized customer experiences while supporting the operations needs of the storefront.· Reach and exceed all metric-based goals, including sales targets, AOV and conversion.· Build strong, positive relationships with all customers.· Maintain product knowledge of fabrics, inventory, & promotions.· Maintains a positive, professional work environment.· Provide feedback, ideas, and new initiatives to corporate partners.
Key Requirements:
· Excitement for product that translates to customers and brings the brand to life through on trend styling, visual inspiration, and personalized product recommendations.· Roll‐up‐their‐sleeves attitude and can come up with innovative ideas to drive the business.· Loves to engage with customers to create a highly memorable and positive interaction with our brand· Strong problem-solving ability coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills.· Positive and adaptable attitude· Available to work weekends· Chicago-based position.
