Clinical Program Managers are responsible for delivery, clinical quality, and performance of our suite of in-depth clinical programs across our base of customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting, creating patient-facing content, and experience working with product, design and engineering teams. Additionally, this role will work closely with multiple other functions across our organization including client success, sales, and marketing to ensure that we are setting and meeting the program performance expectations of our customers and the market.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with our solutions consulting team to ensure that we are collecting all the necessary information during the sales process to scope and identify goals, value proposition, and expectations for new clinical products (these conversations will be led by the commercial team, but the Clinical Program Managers will be heavily supporting)
- Partner with Product Design to develop full end-to-end program messaging and build baseline program content (tips and surveys) into our internal tools
- Serve as clinical SME during the design and implementation of programs, meeting with clients and going on-site when appropriate to evaluate client workflows and gather inputs to help design and configure our programs
- Drive client change management through trainings and site visits to ensure frontline staff are excited about Memora and are enabled to best leverage our program as part of their daily work
- Track and drive program optimization by partnering with Product, Design, IMs and CSEs to identifying opportunities for program modifications and facilitate cross-functional prioritization of identified improvements
Qualifications (Required):
- A medical degree, such as RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, RD
- Some experience delivering patient care, ideally in a large hospital or health system setting
- Experience partnering with a high functioning product/engineering team to design solutions using technology
- Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and rapid decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, geared toward professional medical and corporate environments
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Qualifications (Bonus):
- Additional degrees such as MBA, MPH, or MHS
- Prior experience in clinical quality and/or process improvement
- Prior experience as a program manager managing multiple programs

Memora is committed to the principle of pay equity and regularly assesses compensation across our U.S. work locations resulting in a standard pay range, typically updated each year. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.
