In this entry level fully onsite position, play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. Generate leads, qualify prospects, initiate the sales process, and support the broader sales and marketing teams. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about sales, marketing, and the industry while honing your communication and negotiation skills.
What you will do
● Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and create interest● Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement by the sales team● Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads● Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events● Conduct thorough research to understand each prospect's business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and appointments set● Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns● Maintain records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system● Maintain calendars and expense tracking for the sales team including customer travel, tradeshows, and events● Continuously learn about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
You must have
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field, with a minimum of one year of work experience in a related field• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Apps G Suite• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not required• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
