Product
Team drives all product activities from vision to impact. We engage with customers to understand their needs, develop long-term product strategy, define roadmaps, partner with engineering to execute on those roadmaps, and coordinate with internal and stakeholders to fundamentally transform our customers’ businesses.
As a Staff Product Manager, you'll be the product and roadmap owner for the conversational AI capabilities that power several product surfaces in AI Hub, from conversing with documents to Chatbots.
What you'll do
- Identify user problems, customer needs and our competitive landscape
- Define product roadmap alongside engineering
- Establish the feedback loop between our customer-facing and engineering teams - to gather customer feedback, prioritize feedback, scope releases and ensure launches go smoothly
- Guide the overall direction of the Instabase platform: work closely with Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs and our long term strategy to deliver a state-of-the-art product for our customers.
- Prioritize customer requests and long-term platform goals
- Establish the feedback loop between our customer-facing and engineering teams - to gather customer feedback, prioritize feedback, scope releases and ensure launches go smoothly
- Metrics to measure success: define what success looks like and analyze leading metrics to ensure we set measurable goals and meet them
About you
- 7+ years as a Product Manager at a cloud/SaaS-based enterprise software company
- Experience with platform-level considerations in enterprise SaaS, e.g. different deployment models or cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience taking an enterprise software product through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch
- An empathetic and customer-oriented communicator and problem solver
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives working in a dynamic, high-growth start-up environment
- Highly analytical and structured thinker with ability to balance long term strategy and product roadmap with short term execution and delivery
- Strong product sense and intuition with the willingness and ability to dive deep into the details
- A strong collaborator and cross-functional partner who works closely with a broad set of internal teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success
The base salary for this role is $237,500 to $255,000 + cash bonus, equity and US benefits.
