The position is based in France.

Position Overview:


The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive our products' awareness, activation, and adoption. You must have a strong product marketing background and experience contributing to the entire product lifecycle: from running market analysis and partnering with product teams on discoveries to designing and leading go-to-market strategies across multiple teams and countries. You will directly lead or supervise all product launches across PayFit (either internal/external), and lead the synchronization of both product and marketing activities to prepare the market and amplify product launches to maximize adoption.

You will also be leading the charge on competition matters, to ensure we always have an excellent understanding of competitors’ activities and implications for PayFit teams.You will be a member of the Product Marketing team, reporting to the Director, and collaborating with product, sales, customer support, marketing and legal teams daily.

Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct market research to understand market trends & competitive landscape- Design go-to-market strategies on a subset of new and existing products- Lead all aspects of the product go-to-market: planning, execution and follow-ups- Own and improve PayFit go-to-market playbook & processes- Define/refine associated positioning, messaging, and value propositions- Collaborate with sales teams to develop training materials (or directly run training) and support sales efforts. Be the main point of contact for Sales- Partner with sales to improve the feedback loop mechanisms (customers, internal teams, etc) to feed the teams with compelling insights (pricing, packaging, offerings, etc)- Partner with product teams to design the product calendar (e.g timeline, thematics, etc) and related comms (ex.

newsletters, product keynote, etc)- Responsible for sales, marketing, and overall non-product & tech teams, being always up to date on the latest product updates to build/adjust plans accordingly- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality Marketing assets and then measure effectiveness

Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a Saas- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market and customer data- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders- Strong project management skills- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)1️⃣ Interview with a recruiter2️⃣ Interview/business case with the hiring manager (PMM Director)3️⃣ Interview with members of the Product Marketing team4️⃣ Short meeting with Emmanuelle (CMO).
