Most of the time:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process
- Ensure successful new customer implementations maintain efficiency and on-time delivery via strong project management and execution on communications plans
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep implementations on track
- Own consistent tracking reporting on the implementation pipeline to ensure customer milestones are met and provide reporting to Turquoise leaders
- Communicate customer feedback for issue resolutions and process/product improvement
Some of the time:
- Keep customer implementation playbooks updated for all Turquoise Health products and services.
- Work directly with the Customer Success Operations team to iterate on processes to improve customer experience
- Work with existing customers to implement additional products or features
Requirements
What you bring to the Implementation Manager role:
- 5+ years of implementation experience, spanning SMB and Enterprise customers
- Strong project manager skills, PMP certification a plus
- Experience working with EMR, revenue cycle, or claims data is a plus
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal with internal and external customers
- Client management skills, professionalism, and demonstrated self-starter
- Excellent skills in time management, work plan management, documentation and communication, with the capability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
- Quick learner and motivated to understand various technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication and collaboration skills across seniority levels and functions
Salary
The salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (please note: salaries are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
