As a
Content Marketing Manager at Timescale🐯, you will support lead-generation efforts by collaborating across multiple departments to repurpose content for various channels and audiences. You will work closely with the Lead Generation and Content Marketing team to implement efficient processes and provide compelling and engaging written, visual, audio, and video content.Top candidates will have a knack for transforming existing content into fresh, impactful formats, including social media posts, infographics, ad copy, and more.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy brainstorming innovative ideas, and possess the ability to work seamlessly with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders.In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Transform existing blog posts, articles, and whitepapers into new formats such as long-form content, social media posts, videos, and more.
- Create shorter, engaging snippets from long-form content for use on various platforms.
- Work closely with teams to align and develop content specifically designed to attract and capture leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of repurposed content to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Craft compelling social media posts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Create ad copy and visuals for various digital advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure all repurposed content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized library of repurposed content assets.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table for repurposing content in new and engaging ways.
- Experiment with different content formats and platforms to reach a wider audience.
This role is remote, and English language fluency is a requirement. Due to the team's location, the ideal candidates are located in the US, Brazil, Portugal, or Ireland.

- Have at least 4 years of experience working in content, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Easily pick up on technical terms and concepts and know how to explain them clearly and concisely.
- Balance the needs of both the business goals and customers when creating content.
- Are a self-starter who can manage and prioritize initiatives.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills combined with deep empathy for all humans.
- Are able to work independently and remotely.
