SUMMARY
As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our marketing operations, including the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing technology systems and processes. This role will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies forward by leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee attribution and ABM strategies, and the accompanying technologies, which include: Marketo, Bizible, DemandBase and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and sales ops to align marketing initiatives and technologies with business objectives and priorities.
- Optimize attribution workflows and processes to streamline operations, improve productivity across sales and marketing, and maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies, tools, and vendors to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and sales.
- Communicate complex data sets and workflows in business terms to ensure the information is actionable and repercussions are understood.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues and patterns with attribution and scoring to determine ways to adjust our models to meet business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize marketing processes, workflows, and data management practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You have 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
- You’re knowledgeable of all facets of the MarTech stack for typical B2B tech companies
- You’re analytical and have experience scaling systems across marketing and sales
- You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels of an organization
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
