Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Talent, Learning & Culture, this role is critical to Hex Trust’s efforts to attract top talent from around the world. Supporting the delivery of the Company’s recruitment strategies, you’ll be owning & managing the hiring process for assigned openings and play a key role in promoting Hex Trust’s multicultural, vibrant community, positioning the organization as a fantastic place to work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VP of Talent, Learning & Culture and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, such as Workable, Linkedin, job boards, and other relevant channels..
- Screen applications, conduct phone/video interviews, and make evaluations on candidate qualifications for hiring managers’ review.
- Cultivate a positive candidate experience through punctual communication, constructive feedback, and post-onboarding check-ins.
- Ensure candidate & hiring details are complete and accurately recorded in our Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
- Actively contribute to the department’s efforts to elevate both Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.
Support the greater Talent, Learning & Culture team in developing and implementing Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, ability to manage multiple active positions simultaneously is a must.
- Experience working with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Experience with or exposure to Learning & Development, internal culture and employee engagement will be a plus.
- Proficient and comfortable using Google Workspace, experience with design tools e.g. Canva would be great.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
