Executive Assistant
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, and Ajax Health and we help MedTech companies identify how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians can better serve their patients.We’re looking for a Boston-based, onsite Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to support our CEO, CRO, and VP of Customer Experience.
In this role, you’ll proactively maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and assist with executive communications. Additionally, you’ll support our new Boston Office by handling company mail, welcoming visitors, and assisting with planning Boston team social events. This role will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Maintain executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of the CEO, CRO, and VP of Customer Experience, including screening email, Slack, managing confidential documents, and expense management
- Support Boston Office by handling company mail, welcoming visitors, interfacing with the leasing agency and support teams, and assisting with planning Boston team social events
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives
- Highly proactive tendencies who resolves ambiguity when they spot it
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in critical business matters
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calendar and travel management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
- Ability to be in person in our Government Center Boston Office 3+ days per week
You must be based in Boston and have have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.
