As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer - Bitstamp US & Chief Commercial Officer, Group. You will provide vital administrative and analytical support, ensuring that the executive can focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. Your responsibilities will range from managing calendars and appointments to preparing reports and organizing travel logistics. You will also handle various administrative tasks, maintain records, draft contracts, and support purchasing activities.
Your ability to perform ad hoc tasks and provide operational support will be key to the smooth functioning of our executive's role.
This role is a part-time contractor position.
What you'll do
- Act as a direct assistant to Chief Executive Officer - Bitstamp US & Chief Commercial Officer, Group
- Provide administrative and analytical support.
- Maintain calendar and schedules appointments.
- Prepare expenses’ and other reports.
- Support travelling processes, logistics, meeting organization, etc.
- Establish, revises and maintains files and records.
- Be responsible for mailing and all forwarding services.
- Prepare drafts of contracts, and other documents.
- Support in purchasing.
- Various ad hoc admin tasks and operational support as instructed.
On day one you'll bring
- 5+ years of working for c-suite or executive managers with busy schedules.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of business administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Organizing and Prioritizing.
- Attention to Detail, Effective Communication, Flexibility & Agility.
- Integrity and Trust.
- Professional working proficiency of English language.
