What You’ll Do:


  • Read books/watch series, identify USPs and key moments, and translate into creative briefs
  • Partner with the UA team to brainstorm, optimize and provide creative direction based on best practices, historical learnings, and competitive trends
  • Act as a story "producer": compile learnings on assigned stories and work with Content team to optimize content retrospectively
  • Ideate and brief new creatives on story and brand level
  • Oversee creative production lifecycle of respective briefs and provide feedback to designers
  • Stay on top of trends and competitors' strategy; find the next breakout format and/or platform.
  • Write Creative Briefs and work directly with Creative Service team in developing ad concepts
  • Build a pipeline of creatives that align with key marketing beats and/or evergreen initiatives

What You'll Bring:


  • 4+ years of experience in leading creative strategy for paid marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing UA campaigns on mobile and desktop; expertise in working with new social platforms and Influencers is a plus
  • Experience with PR and brand communications
  • Knowledge in pre and post-install UA KPIs
  • Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and its relationship to storytelling through ads
  • Experience in managing end-to-end creative development with ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to designers and writers
  • Track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that have resulted in direct user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000—$150,000 USD.
