Job title – Product Designer
Job duties – Product strategy - Contribute to our digital transformation strategy through design. Prototyping -Iterate and visualize concepts at every level of fidelity. Problem decomposition - Break down complexprocesses and large amounts of feedback into simple problems. Contribute to design system - Create simple,intuitive UI components that handle large varieties of use cases. UI/Visual design - Lay the groundwork forbeautiful interfaces and interaction metaphors. User research - Utilize various research methods to uncoverpain points and needs that inform product strategy.Education and Experience required – Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction(HCI), or a related field and 1 year of experience in product design.Background – Demonstrated ability in identifying key user pain points and improving interfaces based onquantitative or qualitative data analysis, evidenced by project documentation over the course of at least oneyear showing measurable improvement in user feedback due to the candidate's contributions.
1 year ofexperience with Figma for creating interaction design assets, including process diagrams, low-fidelity mockups,and high-fidelity prototypes. Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of the innovative design process, with atleast 1 year of experience problem solving in an enterprise environment. 1 year of experience collaboratingwith software engineers and product managers with at least 2 successfully implemented projects that involvedcomplex data handling. Demonstrated ability to lead design thinking sessions with software engineers andproduct managers, as evidenced by at least 1 year of experience collaborating on solutions that span acrossmobile and web interfaces.
1 year of experience analyzing operational processes and service design, focusingon improving software interfaces as well as human factors. 1 year of experience working with softwareengineers to test and implement user interfaces that involve complex information architectures. Strongunderstanding of UI design principles, as evidenced by at least 1 year of professional design experiencefocusing on layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in effective questioningtechniques to gather meaningful data, evidenced by at least 1 year of experience leveraging and executing atleast 3 distinct research methods.
