Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of key systems including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ChiliPiper. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, and other systems as required. Configure, maintain, and ensure the overall health of these systems.
- Integration Management: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.
- Workflow Implementation: Design, build, and troubleshoot complex workflows and processes within Salesforce and other integrated platforms to support sales and marketing operations.
- Data Management: Respond to and resolve data inquiries and issues from team members. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Strategy: Advise on the design, adoption, and implementation of new additions and upgrades to Truv’s tech stack to increase scalability and automation as we grow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce (Admin certification preferred) is required; proficiency with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and ChiliPiper is highly desired.
- Proven experience in system administration, integration management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization.
