Role overview:
At-Bay is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Content Lead with experience in B2B content marketing and strategy to help drive growth for the company. Your focus will be to lead a team of content marketers to build At-Bay’s brand awareness and authority while supporting broker engagement and demand gen.In this role, you will work very closely with various marketing team leaders, and cross-functionally with our Security and Insurance teams. This role will help At-Bay deliver world-class content while adhering to processes and gaining the proper internal approvals from key stakeholders.Success in this role will include strategically identifying ways to scale our content creation and approval process, collaborating with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, helping our team adhere to brand voice and tone through rigorous copyediting, and amplifying our message across multiple key channels.
How you’ll make an impact:
By 3 months:
- You’ll understand our business and how content plays a key role in moving it forward
- You have created relationships with key cross-functional partners
- You are already finding areas of opportunity for improving process and content operations
- You have embedded yourself in the editing/approval process of content
By 6 months:
- You have begun making improvements to our content process, helping us improve the impact and scale of our content
- You have developed a content strategy based on past results and future expectations
- You have become a trusted partner with key cross-functional stakeholders
- You are confident enough with our messaging and overall strategic narrative
What you’ve already accomplished
- You’ve demonstrated experience in content strategy, content management, team leadership, and content creation
- You've delivered on multi-channel integrated campaigns and activations
- You’re fluent in key content data platforms and analytics tools
- You’re adept at driving cross-functional processes across executive stakeholders
- You have experience with or knowledge of the security industry
Our estimated base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
