About the role


We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our squad and translate what can seem like technically-complex magic into clear, accessible value for our growing community of enterprise customers, users, and decision makers. We are looking for someone who can translate strategic insight into vision and action and is an expert in story-telling and messaging, with an enthusiasm for solutions powered by Coda.You will focus on our enterprise features—including turning strategic insights into GTM strategies (pricing, packaging, positioning, and value storytelling) that drive marketing metrics and high quality sales conversations.

As a partner to every organization within Coda focused on improving the product experience, you'll participate in meaningful inbound research with our customers and market, and drive alignment across go-to-market, product, design, and engineering teams. You'll demonstrate go-to-market finesse in positioning, messaging, and timing, while helping Coda connect with new audiences. You will report to the Head of Brand.

In this role you will:



  • Position Coda to win in a broad market context, amongst a diverse list of competitors in many audiences.

  • Develop an understanding of enterprise customer and buyer-approval personas, pain points, and use cases to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches and feature updates targeting enterprise customers, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the enterprise segment.

  • Develop and deliver sales tools and training programs that empower the sales team to communicate the value of enterprise features to prospects and customers.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise feature adoption and campaign effectiveness, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies over time.

  • Establish Coda as a thought leader in enterprise productivity tools through participation in industry events, webinars, and other relevant forums.

  • You're an authentic maker to tell Coda's story, who loves productivity tools, and learning the ins and outs of how a product works.

  • You have 3+ years of experience positioning B2B enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • You're a natural organizer on your teams ー well versed in the art of working collaboratively

  • You have experience creating compelling content and messaging.

We are committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Check out our compensation philosophy. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as the role's scope and complexity, and your experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided: $160,000 - $180,000. This role is eligible for remote work anywhere within the United States.Starting on your first day of employment, Coda offers many benefits and perks that support eligible employees and their family members.
