About the role
We are looking for an experienced product manager to focus on integrationsYou will play a pivotal role in Syndio's mission to eradicate workplace pay and opportunity disparities, working cross-functionally to guide data-driven features, projects, and initiatives from conception to launch, and connecting the technical and business worlds. You'll serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle, building and launching features that drive growth in sales and engagement. Additionally, you will work directly with internal stakeholders and teams to understand areas of opportunity, develop best-in-class products, and empower our customers with high-quality solutions.

About you
- Proven experience in managing and running partner integrations, including seamless execution and troubleshooting of integrations.
- Not afraid of project management in a matrixed environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment with an emphasis on Agile practices (sprints, backlog grooming, etc.)
- Strong understanding of strategic business concepts and experience translating high-level objectives into actions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially the ability to facilitate dynamic meetings/discussions, glean info from experts in another field, understand needs, and turn them into products and features
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across various stakeholders and phases of the development lifecycle
- Able to inspire, motivate, and support a team to get things done
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with constant attention to detail
- Experience in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B testing and experimentation, user testing, data analysis, defining metrics)
- Process driven; can improve and build out workflows to improve efficiencies across the team
- Self starter; ability to act autonomously
- Fluent in using product management tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup and wearing many hats
- Passionate about workplace equity and building stellar products
Extra credit
- Experience developing SaaS platforms
- Experience with Human Resource systems
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as project management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
Role Progression
- Within 1 month, you will complete a comprehensive onboarding plan and will be able to fully understand math and method for our products, the business, and the customer journey.
- Within 6-12 months, you’ll be fully up to speed and self-sufficient to drive innovation, building and launching new features, interact with customers to collect feedback, iterate on existing features, and drive ongoing improvements.
